• HM Treasury imposed an asset freeze and director disqualification on British Sikh businessman Gurpreet Singh Rehal under the Counter-Terrorism (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
• The sanctions also freeze all UK funds and economic resources of Babbar Akali Lehar, assessed as promoting the proscribed Babbar Khalsa.
