Union minister of state for law and justice Arjun Ram Meghwal launched 'The Medicolegal Guidebook' in New Delhi.
The guidebook is co-authored by Deepak Singla, medical director of Maharaja Agrasen Hospital; Aarushi Singla, pediatric endocrinologist at ESIC Medical College & Hospital; senior advocate Rakesh Malhotra; and advocate Kushal Malhotra.
The book aims to bridge the interface between medicine and law to ensure patient safety, ethical practice, and legal compliance in healthcare.
The launch event was attended by senior figures from the legal and medical fraternity, including Meena Subash Gupta, Sushil Gupta, Anil Agarwal, former Supreme Court judge Justice Hima Kohli, and high court judge Justice Madhu Jain.
