First-generation Korean hip-hop musician Seo Jae-min, known professionally as Artisan Beats, passed away at the age of 47 on 17 February.
He was a foundational contributor to the underground rap movement in South Korea and was a member of the hip-hop collective Bulhandang.
The musician, born in 1979, also performed and produced music under the stage names Saatan and Satan.
He was one half of the hip-hop duo Da Crew and an active participant in the collective Master Plan Allstarz.
His notable musical releases include the 2014 single Jimmy Chu and the 2015 extended play titled Chun.
