Rob Jetten, 38, was sworn in as the youngest and first openly gay Prime Minister of the Netherlands.
Jetten leads a minority coalition of Democrats 66 (D66), People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD), and Christian Democratic Alliance (CDA).
The coalition agreement includes an extra €19 billion for defence and cuts in healthcare and benefits.
