United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) data shows India displaces China as largest cotton products exporter to US in 2025

• India displaced China as the largest supplier of cotton products such as apparel and home textiles to the United States during 2025.
• US cotton product imports from India were around 0.6 million tonnes in 2025.
