Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) to launch Automated People Mover (APM)

• Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) will implement an Automated People Mover (APM) to link Terminals 3/2, T1, Aerocity, and cargo city.
• The project is estimated to cost between ₹3,000 crore and ₹4,000 crore and will be funded through internal accruals by DIAL.
• The APM is expected to be operational within 30 months, by or in 2029.
• The service will be free of charge for transit flyers, while non-passengers will be required to pay for usage.
• The project involves track and station construction by an Indian company, with tariffs to be determined by the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority (AERA).
