• The grouping condemned the DPRK's unlawful development of ballistic missiles and weapons of mass destruction, while expressing concern over cyber activities funding these programmes.
• The Quad urged all United Nations (UN) member states to implement sanctions against the DPRK, including restrictions on arms transfers and procurement.
• The DPRK rejected the call for denuclearisation, accusing the Quad of interfering in its sovereign affairs and serving as a tool for US unipolar dominance.
