PRAGATI 51st Meeting: Review of ₹30,000 Crore Infrastructure Projects

• Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired the 51st meeting of Pro-Active Governance And Timely Implementation (PRAGATI) at Seva Teerth.
• The meeting reviewed seven major infrastructure projects in the Railways, Power, and Road sectors across nine states with a cumulative investment of nearly ₹30,000 crore.
• Key projects reviewed during the session included the Ken-Betwa River Inter-linking Project and the implementation of Swachh Bharat Mission-Urban 2.0 (SBM-U 2.0).
• The Vadhavan Port project is intended to serve as a national logistics gateway integrated with coastal shipping, inland waterways, dedicated freight corridors, high-speed rail, highways, and airport connectivity.
• Under SBM-U 2.0, states were directed to speed up the completion of waste processing plants and GOBARdhan plants linked to solid waste management.
