India and Moldova agree to deepen cooperation in AI, DPI, renewable energy, and trade during President Murmu’s first Moldova visit

• President Droupadi Murmu's first-ever State Visit to Moldova marked a significant milestone in India–Moldova relations.
• India announced doubling of ITEC training slots for Moldovan professionals, including specialized courses in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
• Moldovan diplomats have been invited to participate in dedicated programmes on Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Diplomacy at the Foreign Service Institute of India.
• Both countries agreed to strengthen cooperation in trade, investment, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Public Infrastructure, renewable energy, healthcare, agriculture, logistics, and innovation.
• India and Moldova established diplomatic relations in 1992 and have since expanded ties through trade, capacity building, education, and multilateral engagement.
