• Sourav Ganguly is set to be inducted into the International Cricket Council (ICC) Hall of Fame, becoming the 12th Indian and the 10th Indian men’s cricketer to receive the honour.
• The formal announcement from the ICC will be made on July 11 after the conclusion of its annual conference.
• Ganguly served as the president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and currently heads the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB).
• His career statistics include 7,212 runs in 113 Tests and 11,363 runs in 311 One Day Internationals (ODIs).
