- The Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) and the Moscow government signed a memorandum of cooperation (MoC) to strengthen collaboration in sustainable urban transport, digital innovation, smart mobility, technology transfer, and industrial development.
- The MoC was signed by GVMC commissioner Ketan Garg and Moscow deputy mayor Maksim Liksutov during the 5th International Transport Summit in Moscow.
