Vibhor Jain assumed charge as managing director and chief executive officer of Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) on 7 April.
He had been serving as acting CEO after former CEO Thampy Koshy quit in April last year and was earlier the chief operating officer of ONDC.
Rohit Lohia joined as chief business officer and Manoj Thakur as chief technology officer of ONDC.
ONDC recorded a 127% rise in total revenue to Rs 33.41 crore for 2024-25 while narrowing its net loss to Rs 147.13 crore in the same period.
The network facilitated 288 million orders between January 2023 and August 2025 and currently has 167,500 retail sellers.
