Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma inaugurated Rajasthan's first semiconductor cluster in Bhiwadi.
The Bhiwadi electronics manufacturing cluster attracted an investment of ₹1,200 crore and is expected to generate employment for nearly 2,500 people.
The initiative is part of the state government's vision for "Developed Rajasthan 2047", supported by 35 policies implemented over the last two years to promote industrial growth.
Other projects launched include the Elsina Electronics Complex and a 34 MLD sewage treatment plant (STP) in the Khairthal-Tijara region.
The state government announced plans for a major industrial area near Bandikui in Alwar district and progress on the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) linking Rajasthan to Delhi through Haryana.
