11th NITI Aayog Governing Council Meeting: Inclusive Human Development for Viksit Bharat @2047

Key facts

• Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired the 11th Governing Council Meeting of the National Institution for Transforming India (NITI Aayog) at the Rashtrapati Bhavan Cultural Centre in New Delhi.
• The meeting was held under the theme Inclusive Human Development for Viksit Bharat @2047, aligned with the vision of Team India.
• The Inclusive Human Development Framework is built around four pillars: Foundational Human Capital and Future-Ready Skills, Productive Employment, Entrepreneurship and Decentralised Growth, Health, Nutrition and Wellbeing, and Equity and Dignity for All.
• The implementation roadmap for the vision will be supported by governance reforms, Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), convergence, partnerships, and data-driven systems.
• The council reviewed recommendations from the 5th National Conference of Chief Secretaries, which focused on Early Childhood Education, School Education, Skilling, Higher Education, and Sports and Extracurricular Activities.
