  • The Amaravati Quantum Valley (AQV) successfully reached a temperature of 4 Kelvin (-269°C) using a dilution refrigerator at the Quantum Reference Facility in Medha Towers, Andhra Pradesh.
  • The project was initiated following a September 2025 assessment presented to Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and Information Technology (IT) minister Nara Lokesh, indicating that 85% of quantum computing components could be developed indigenously.
