- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini launched the Auto Mutation System and Paperless Registration 2.0 on Tuesday.
- Under the new system, residents are no longer required to submit separate applications for mutation of land records; mutation documents can be downloaded from home.
- The launch programme was attended by Revenue Minister Vipul Goel, Public Works Minister Ranbir Gangwa, and Additional Chief Secretary Sumita Misra.
- The Paperless Registration system was initially introduced on September 29, 2025 in Ladwa tehsil of Kurukshetra district and implemented across Haryana from November 1, 2025.
- The second phase, Paperless Registration 2.0, integrates mutation with property registration, features a simplified application form, and makes Aadhaar-based e-KYC mandatory for both parties to ensure 100% identity verification.
