The Indian Army conducted an operational demonstration of the Divyastra Mk-1, a tactical loitering munition platform developed by Hoverit, in Jodhpur.
The Divyastra Mk-1 is an indigenous Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) designed for intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), and precision strike missions.
The platform features an operational range of up to 500 km, a flight endurance of up to 5 hours, and attack speeds between 300 and 400 km/h.
The UAV has a payload capacity of 15 kg and is equipped with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and swarm capability for precision strike, loitering, and decoy operations.
Hoverit has pledged a 95 per cent indigenous component rate for both the Divyastra Mk-1 and Mk-2 platforms.
