Rahveer Scheme: Promotion of Road Safety and Accident Victim Assistance

• Rapido has partnered with the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) to support the Government of India's Rahveer Scheme.
• The Rahveer Scheme is designed to encourage citizens and bystanders to provide timely assistance to road accident victims during the critical Golden Hour.
• More than 4 lakh Rapido captains across India took the Rahveer Pledge, creating a Guinness World Record.
• Rapido will utilise its operations across more than 400 cities to drive awareness through digital engagement, in-app education, social media campaigns, and on-ground outreach programmes.
• The collaboration was announced in the presence of Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways Nitin Gadkari and Rapido Co-founder Aravind Sanka.
