Bank of Maharashtra has launched FinSpark'26, a national-level cybersecurity hackathon with a prize pool exceeding ₹10 lakh.
The top 20 teams will present their solutions at the Grand Finale at COEP Technological University in Pune.
Winning teams will also have the opportunity to showcase their innovations at the Global FinTech Fest 2026.
The hackathon focuses on areas including insider threat detection, privileged access misuse, AI-driven correlation of cybersecurity telemetry, transaction behaviour analysis, and fraud prevention.
Participants may register individually or in teams of up to four members and choose one of two problem statements.
The initiative is open to students and dropouts across India with an interest in cybersecurity and digital banking.
