• India's first integrated refinery-cum-petrochemical complex with 9 MMTPA capacity was dedicated at Pachpadra in Balotra, Rajasthan.
• The refinery is a joint venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and the Rajasthan government, developed with an investment of over ₹79,450 crore.
• The complex features a petrochemical capacity of 2.4 MMTPA and a Nelson Complexity Index of 17.0.
• Phase 2 of the Jaipur Metro Rail Project was initiated with an investment of over ₹13,000 crore to develop a 41-km north-south metro corridor from Prahladpura to Todi Mod with 36 stations.
• Rail doubling projects for Churu–Sadulpur (58 km) and Churu–Ratangarh (46 km) were dedicated at a cost of around ₹900 crore.
• The four-laning of NH-125A, Jodhpur Ring Road Section-2 (Karwar–Dangiyawas), was inaugurated at a cost of ₹740 crore.
• SJVN Limited's 1,000 MW Bikaner Solar Energy Project, developed with an investment of about ₹5,500 crore, and NHPC's 300 MW Karnisar Bikaner Solar Energy Plant were dedicated.
• A transmission line for power evacuation from the Rajasthan Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) was inaugurated at a cost of over ₹1,900 crore, and the foundation stone for a 530 km-long power transmission system for the REZ was laid.
