Mission Kayakalp: Modernisation of Delhi Government School Infrastructure

• The Delhi government launched Mission Kayakalp to modernise government school infrastructure, including classrooms, laboratories, toilets, and drinking water facilities.
• The initiative is being implemented with support from district administrations, the Education Department, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, social organisations, market associations, and local communities.

• Specific improvements include sensory parks and physics labs in the North district; toilet and roof repairs in Mehrauli and Qutub Mehrauli; rainwater harvesting and sewer improvements in Mohan Garden and Janakpuri; and upgraded library facilities in Gokalpur and Shahdara.
