- Paytm Europe Payments, a step-down subsidiary of One 97 Communications, has secured a payment institution licence from the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) of Luxembourg.
- The licence is effective from July 2, 2026, and permits the provision of services including the execution of payment transactions, credit transfers, standing orders, and acquiring of payment transactions.
- Paytm Europe Payments was incorporated in Luxembourg in January 2026 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Paytm Cloud Technologies Limited (PCTL).
