BSE Ltd and PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on August 17, 2026, to promote equity financing for MSMEs.
The MoU aims to expand capital-market access for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through the BSE SME platform.
Under the partnership, BSE will provide subject-matter experts and trainers for awareness programmes, seminars, workshops, roadshows and knowledge sessions.
The collaboration will provide MSMEs with mentorship, expert guidance and capacity-building initiatives, along with a nodal-point mechanism for exploring capital-market opportunities.
BSE Managing Director and CEO Sundararaman Ramamurthy stated that the partnership will help take awareness about SME listing closer to businesses across the country.
