Ministry of Ayush and IndiaAI Sign MoU for AI-Driven Innovation in Traditional Medicine

• The Ministry of Ayush signed a memorandum of understanding with IndiaAI, an initiative of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), to accelerate AI-driven innovation in the Ayush sector.
• The Ministry of Ayush will onboard the AIKosh platform for sharing eligible health research artefacts, including datasets, metadata, AI models, toolkits and use cases.
• The partnership will provide access to GPU-based and high-performance computing infrastructure through the IndiaAI initiative at subsidised rates.
• Ayush Grid is developing AI-driven platforms under its Emerging Technologies component to accelerate the digital transformation of the Ayush sector.
• The collaboration aims to accelerate AI adoption across key Ayush domains including research, capacity building, medicinal plants, and drug administration.
