- The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban (PMAY-U) has crossed 1.25 crore sanctioned houses across India.
- Over 1 crore houses have been completed and delivered to beneficiaries under the scheme.
- The 8th meeting of the Central Sanctioning and Monitoring Committee (CSMC) under PMAY-U 2.0 was held on 6 August 2026 in New Delhi.
