• Randstad India released the REBR 2026 report on August 5, 2026, based on a survey of nearly 3,500 respondents in India.
• The global REBR 2026 study covered more than 1.75 lakh respondents across 34 markets.
• The top 10 employer brands in India were Google, Tata Group, Amazon, Samsung India, Infosys, Reliance Industries, ITC Group, Hindustan Unilever, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Dell Technologies.
• Work-life balance was cited by 49% of respondents as the biggest reason for leaving an organisation, followed by lack of career growth opportunities (42%) and low compensation (41%).
