Kalyani Strategic Systems Ltd (KSSL), the wholly owned defence subsidiary of Bharat Forge Ltd, unveiled the Simha 4x4 next-generation light armoured multi-purpose vehicle at the Eurosatory 2026 defence exhibition in Paris.
The Simha 4x4 was developed in partnership with global defence and aerospace company Paramount.
The vehicle features a modular architecture that allows upgrades and customisation, and is engineered using NATO-qualified aggregates.
It is designed for urban warfare, reconnaissance, border protection, troop transport and special operations.
The Simha 4x4 is aimed at armed forces across India, Africa, South Asia and other international markets, and supports local industrialisation and sovereign production objectives.
