Tushar Mehta was re-appointed as Solicitor General (SG) for a period of three years or until further orders by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).
The ACC extended the tenure of Additional Solicitor Generals (ASG) Vikramjeet Banerjee, KM Nataraj, SV Raju, N Venkataraman, and Aishwarya Bhati for three years.
ASG Chetan Sharma's term for the Delhi High Court was extended for six months effective from July 1.
