India, Australia, and Canada sign Australia–Canada–India Technology and Innovation (ACITI) Partnership MOU on July 9, 2026

• India, Australia, and Canada signed the Australia–Canada–India Technology and Innovation (ACITI) Partnership Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on green energy innovation, resilient supply chains, critical minerals, and artificial intelligence (AI).
• India and Australia finalised an Administrative Arrangement under the Australia-India Nuclear Cooperation Agreement to enable long-term Australian uranium exports to India for peaceful purposes under International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) safeguards.
• Australia reiterated its support for India's membership of the Nuclear Suppliers' Group (NSG).
• India and Australia signed a Joint Declaration on Defence and Security Cooperation, established an Annual Defence Ministers' Dialogue, adopted the India-Australia Maritime Security Collaboration Roadmap, and signed an MOU between the Indian Coast Guard and Australia's Maritime Border Command.
• Australia supported India's Gaganyaan Human Space Flight Programme by providing a temporary space tracking terminal on Cocos Keeling Islands to facilitate collaboration between the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and the Australian Space Agency.
