The Department of Posts released a commemorative postage stamp to mark the birth centenary of Satish Gujral.
The stamp was unveiled by Union Minister Jyotiraditya M. Scindia at Bikaner House, New Delhi.
Satish Gujral was a Padma Vibhushan awardee and a renowned artist, architect, sculptor, muralist and writer.
The stamp design was created by Anuj Kumar based on a proposal by Raseel Gujral Ansal.
Satish Gujral had earlier designed commemorative stamps for the 125th anniversary of VSNL and for Financial Inclusion.
