Key facts

The Kaushal Mahotsav was organized by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) in collaboration with the Government of West Bengal and the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).
The event provided over 7,000 job opportunities from more than 50 employers across sectors like manufacturing, retail, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, food processing, banking and financial services.
Over 7,500 interviews were conducted and more than 4,500 candidates were shortlisted during the Mahotsav.
The Kaushal Mahotsav is a flagship initiative of the MSDE aimed at connecting youth with employment opportunities.
