The Ministry of Railways (MoR) will launch the Sexual Harassment Incident Notification for Empowerment (SHINE) module on 8 March, coinciding with International Women's Day.
The SHINE module is integrated into the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) application to allow female employees to record workplace-related sexual harassment complaints directly.
The portal enables lodging complaints on behalf of female employees, outside visitors, contractual workers, and students.
Complaints submitted through the module will be received online by the nominated Internal Complaint (IC) Committee for expeditious and confidential redressal.
Female employees can access the SHINE module through the Employees Self Service feature within the HRMS portal.
